Meet John

Since 2007, real estate professional John Iglar has executed hundreds of successful transactions across the prime neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Following the core values of trust, integrity, and simply doing things right the first time has led to the majority of John’s business comprising referral or repeat clients. He understands how the right home serves as a solid foundation for people and can help them build generational wealth.

 

The son of a general contractor, John explains a house’s various workings in an easy-to-understand manner, making his clients better informed to make decisions that suit their needs. John’s MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business helps him advise clients holistically, accounting for a transaction’s nuances as well as how it ties into the larger macroeconomic environment. His former career working at top New York City ad agencies lends John a marketing savvy unknown to many agents, as he reads consumer behavior with fluency and designs effective communication and marketing strategies to help clients achieve optimal outcomes. Even after a successful close, John remains available to offer clients access to his extensive list of trusted vendors and tradespeople.

 

John sees real estate as much more than a transaction. To him, it’s about building a mutually beneficial relationship that lasts for years to come. Outside of real estate, John enjoys spending time with family, enjoying good food, traveling, skiing, entertaining friends and clients, and learning even more about interior design and architecture. He lives in Hancock Park with his partner, Jeremy, and their dog, Zephyr.
